This is our story

Juana Maria Frail Aged Home established in 1980 is a non profit organization, registered to accommodate 50 residents in our Frail Care facility and 55 Cottages namely Shirley Lane, Elizabeth Homes and Thys Jacobsz. The committee and staff over the past 34 years have rendered a high level of service to many senior citizens in a loving, caring environment with very reasonable priced tariffs. Our residents are encouraged to furnish their own rooms to add to the homely atmosphere. Our home is situated in a quiet suburb with a private hospital, the provincial hospital, doctors, specialists, pharmacies and shopping centers within a 5km radius. Ladysmith has a host of B & B's close by for visiting families which makes Juana Maria a good choice of Home for those families who live outside of Ladysmith, and would appreciate more reasonable tariffs.
